Please be advised that the ICS is currently experiencing hardware related issues affecting EDI messaging. Outbound messaging has been affected since Friday however, ACBPS has been able to resend these outbounds successfully. Inbound messaging has recently started to also fail. Please note that the failures are for a small percentage of total messages sent. If you do not receive a reply to an Inbound message please resend the message where possible.

Customs and Border Protection are investigating the problem and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please be advised that between 20:00 & 20:10 tonight there will be an emergency change to the ICS. The change window is expected to only last 5 minutes. Clients logged into the Customs Interactive will have their session terminated for a short period which will require users to log back in. EDI messaging will not be affected by this outage.
