Please be advised that the ICS is currently experiencing very high message processing rates. As at 11:20 AEST users can expect delays of up to 35 minutes for some response messages. An update will be issued when processing has returned to normal.

Please be advised that between 20:00 & 20:10 tonight there will be an emergency change to the ICS. The change window is expected to only last 5 minutes. Clients logged into the Customs Interactive will have their session terminated for a short period which will require users to log back in. EDI messaging will not be affected by this outage.
